On Wednesday, November 26, 3P will hold our annual Math Madness Day! Parents, siblings, and other family members are invited to come to Room 203 at 11:00 AM to play math games with the students. We have really been practicing, so get ready to learn some fun games! The idea of this activity is to show families that there are so many games you can play with simple items you have around your house like dice and a pad of paper.I would love it if students and families left comments on how they thought our Math Madness went! Which games were your favorite? Which do you think were the most difficult to learn? Will you try some of these games at home? Do you have any suggestions for games for our next Math Madness? Did you enjoy using the SmartBoard?

Greetings from Boston where I am spending Thanksgiving! I really had fun at Math Madness. My Dad also had an awesome time! His favorite game was Twenty Wins. He is still trying to figure out the strategy to beat me in Nim!! Yesterday I went to the movies with my Aunt,Uncle,Mom and Dad. We saw Madagascar 2 Escape To Africa. It was very funny!! As you can see I am having a great time in Boston! I hope your vacation in Iowa is very fun!!

Hey guys! A while ago, I sent in a drawing of Veronica from Archie Comics to their "Fan Art". Just today I got a letter back from them! It said that my picture might be in one of their comic books. If they do print it they will send me a free copy of that issue. I'm going to bring it to school if they do print it. I'm really excited because I might see my own drawing in a real comic book. Millions of kids will see it.

Today's holiday concert was fun, but now I'm glad to
be back in normal clothes. As soon as I got home, I put on jeans! Next week on Wednesday, I'm having a piano recital, so I have to get dressed up again! :(
But Mattia and Lena have the same teacher as me, so they'll be there too!!! :)
