This week, 3P and our buddies in 1V will be kicking off our celebration of International Day at SBS by looking at the countries our relatives and ancestors were born in. After talking to our families, we've learned that we are very unique, in that we come from many different countries. Many of our parents and grandparents were even born in other countries! Having a diverse or special background makes each one of us UNIQUE! We are "one-of-a-kind" and we should celebrate our heritage!
Besides having a wonderful, international background, what else makes you unique? What is something that makes you special? Do you have a special talent? Do you have an interest that not many other people have? What makes you different from other people in a wonderful, special way?

Hi! I think I am uniqe in many ways, but here is one talent; I gargle sing. It is SO much fun! I ask what song they want me to sing,
and I go get some water and gargle it to them. That is what makes me uniqe!

I feel UNIQUE because I want to be able to play 20 instruments when I am 20. I like goldfish dipped in peanut butter. I also am good at typing on the computer fast. I am also good at spelling.

I am unique because of many things. When I grow up I want to be a teacher. Not many people I know want to be a teacher when they grow up. I also have a special thing with my dog. She knows that I will always rub and gently play with her but she also knows my brother is very rough with her. That is how I am unique! From

I am unique by teaching my cat new tricks. Like I tought my cat how to roll over and get the treat off the kitchen chair.I am also am unique by trying to rech my goal.Wich is wanting to be in the olimpics.I am also unique when my nayi Pa Pa and uncle and my dad's mom had to escape Hungry because of war. My uncle had to take medacine so he woulded cry while exaping.

I think everyone in the world is "unique". I am unique in different ways, like I like to knit. With yarn,straw,and thread in the same sweater! I like to call it "readyarnraw"! I just made up the name so I'm kind of crazy and original. I also like to put makeup all over my face with my friends. I took a tube of red lip- -stick and made big rosey cheeks, a cherry nose and I don't know what to call myeyebrows. Well they were pink too. See I'm good with words also like always when they say please write a simple story, oh I'm way over board with that.
mr. paladino chinese new year is coming and I have a BIG puppet but the same kind of puppet is even bigger.It is a chinese lion. the real puppet can hold to about 5 poeple. Ours can ONLY hold 2.
I'm unique because my mom's friend went to Russa and broght back two Russion dolls for my sister and I. The doll she got for me it has a green dress with a little red, and green and red shoes and a green and red and it is tall . I am unique because I can build almost anything using Legos! I've built a Star Wars BARC Speeder. I've also built an X-Wing fighter. I'm in the middle of making a Clone Turbo Tank. That's what makes me UNIQUE!
I'm unigue because I can burp the abc. It is very hard. I learned when i was 7. It started to get easy. If you don't do it for a while then it will get hard again. That is what makes me unigue.
