So, all the preparation and practice is over and the testing is soon to begin! The NJASK starts on Monday with two days of Language Arts and two days of Math. We all know it's going to be a week of testing, but also a week of fun, with just a few hours of testing but extra recess and no homework! Remember, every third grader in New Jersey is going through the same thing as you at the same exact time! I understand how many of you must be feeling about the NJASK coming up. Some of you might be nervous about what the test might ask. Some of you might be confident about remembering all of the things we've been learning this year. You might worry about having to sit for so long to take the test each day. But some of you might be excited about the extra recess you'll get, and the nice, free afternoons you'll have with NO HOMEWORK!

I'm just a little scared about the NJ ASK. I'm scared because i think i am going to fail.
I am excited about the NJ ASK because we will have extra recesses and no homework in the extra recess I will have some more time to play. In the evening I might throw a baseball against my pitch back. That's why I am excited about the NJASK.
I'm excited for the NJASK but, I'm also a little nervous. The reason I'm excited is that we get an extra recess, no homework and hardly any work during the day. I'm nervous because I've never taken a test this big in my life. That's why I'm nervous but excited for the NJASK.
I'm not as nervous for the NJASK as I was yesterday. I thought it was going to be super hard stuff but today I realized that all of the stuff was stuff that we have done before. That is why I am not as nervous for the NJASK as before.
i'm really nervous about the NJ ASK. i'm also a little excited because of the extra recess and the no homework part! :)
I'm excited for the NJASK because we would have less homework to do.
I am not worrried about the NJASK, because back in 2nd grade I had a test called the ERB test in Pennsylvania.
It was in October,but it was all math and I'm a math mania.
But I'm still a little worried about the language arts.
I'm am excited about the NL ASK and I'm not excited about it. It's just so much pressure, but I do get extra recess and no homework. I'm scared I might fail in math, because I'm horrible in decimals.
At first I was really nervous but after taking the first test, it was easy and now I'm looking forward to it next year!
